This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are fluent in Icelandic. As an Icelandic Speaking Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and services.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and general information. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends to provide precise information to clients. Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or service roles is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving customer issues. Willingness to work in a team-oriented atmosphere in Bulgaria.
