About The Role As an IT support specialist you will provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This role often involves helping employees with technical challenges through helpdesk systems or in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities Employee support (L1): Resolve day-to-day requests (access, permissions, app issues, Zoom performance, macOS basics). Collaboration & escalation: Partner with People Ops, Dev Ops, Finance, and t; escalate non-L1 issues with clear context. Documentation: Maintain concise runbooks and FAQs in Notion; turn solved tickets into articles. Asset inventory: Track assignments, movements, and returns of equipment. Onboarding: Prepare Macs, pre-provision accounts, set apps, profiles, bookmarks, avatars, and asset status update. Offboarding: Revoke/adjust access, mail routing, device wipe & return checklist. Access & security: Enforce least-privilege, group membership hygiene, basic audit readiness in collaboration with Security/People Ops. Automation: Support simple automations (Zapier, MDM policies, small scripts) to reduce manual steps. Skills and Qualifications Language: Russian native, Fluent English (written & spoken). Experience: 1–3+ years in internal IT support/helpdesk. Platform: MacOS user support & basics of performance troubleshooting (Activity Monitor, storage, updates, network). Ticketing & remote help: Jira (or similar), Asana (or similar), TeamViewer (or similar). SaaS admin (working level): Google Workspace/Admin, Slack, Notion, Front, Zoom. Device & identity: Mosyle (or other MDM). Security mindset: Least-privilege, respect for process & data privacy. Ways of working: Service-first, empathetic, clear communicator; reliable, organized, and detail-oriented; able to follow runbooks and improve them. Benefits 30 days off.
