    Job Description

    What You’ll Do

    Support lead generation and outbound outreach to German-speaking B2B customers. Conduct early-stage sales conversations: qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present Partao’s value. Build and nurture customer relationships — you enjoy connecting with people and earning trust. Assist with CRM updates, pipeline management, and improving outreach workflows. Gather customer insights to refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategy. Work closely with the BD team on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, economics, communications, or similar) — completed or in final year. Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English. A natural relationship-builder — you enjoy conversations, follow-ups, and helping people. Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing work. Proactive, organized, and not afraid to take ownership in a startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication.

    Nice to Have

    Any prior experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or university club leadership. Comfortable using CRM tools, or sales automation platforms (not required).
