Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements. Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively address client needs and showcase the value of our offerings. Act as a crucial liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer valuable insights to clients. Document feedback and experiences to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. An understanding of technology solutions is desirable, along with a willingness to learn new systems. Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
