    Job Description

    Description We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on, and strategy-driven HR Business Partner to join our team as a maternity leave replacement, supporting our R&D and Data organizations - the core of our business and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to step into a central HRBP role in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The position blends strategic HR partnering, organizational development, and technical recruitment, offering end-to-end ownership of HR processes in collaboration with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Business Partnering & Organizational Development
    • Partner with R&D and Data leadership as a trusted advisor, guiding managers through organizational, team, and individual challenges while promoting leadership growth and effectiveness.
    • Lead core HR cycles across the R&D and Data organizations - including performance reviews, promotion processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s Career Path framework.
    • Drive organizational insights: Identify evolving business and people needs, assess skills gaps, and translate them into actionable development and succession plans in collaboration with L&D.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations using HR metrics (e.g, attrition, engagement, headcount trends) to support informed decision-making and proactive workforce planning.

    Bring innovation and fresh thinking around AI integration - both by driving AI-based HR initiatives and by partnering with R&D and Data leaders to explore how AI can enhance organizational and people processes.

    • Technical Recruitment
    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical roles (R&D, Data, DevOps, QA, etc.), leveraging HRBP insights to ensure both technical and cultural fit.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes.
    • Maintain recruitment operations in Comeet, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Experience: At least 2+ years of combined experience as an HRBP and Technical Recruiter, preferably supporting R&D organizations.
    • Process Ownership: Proven success leading company-wide HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, promotions).
    • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical domains (Software Engineering, Data, and Infrastructure) and the ability to communicate effectively with technical leaders.
    • Language: Excellent English (written and verbal) - a must.

    Skills: Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, strong project management skills, curiosity and innovation in the world of AI, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Tools: Experience with Comeet – an advantage.
