Role Overview Work as part of a collaborative team resolving application support issues for NEC Housing and related components. Ensure issues are handled efficiently using ITIL best practice service processes. Normal hours are 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, except for one week in every 10 when you’ll cover Canadian hours (14:00–22:00). Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance, application support, and usage guidance to NEC customers. Investigate and resolve application issues, working toward SLA targets. Translate customer requirements into workarounds and fixes. Develop and maintain technical support documentation and procedures. Deliver proactive support services (ITIL Problem Management). Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions. Qualifications Essential Skills Strong SQL skills for querying and managing database content. Experience supporting applications deployed via web technologies. Good understanding of service delivery within defined SLAs. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills. Experience with NEC Housing is highly desirable We’ll provide full training on our products, so if you have strong technical skills and experience with SQL or housing system administration, we want to hear from you! Desirable Skills Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX Solaris). Familiarity with APIs, Business Objects, and integration tools. ITIL v4 Foundation certification. Awareness of software development principles within ISO 9001 environments. Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills. Additional Information
