
As our client prepares to launch a new, cutting-edge crypto casino, they are expanding their Web3/Crypto vertical and strengthening our leadership team with a talented Head of VIP. This fully remote position operates primarily around CET working hours and reports directly to the Head of Operations. The selected candidate will take full ownership of the VIP strategy and operations.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of VIP Managers Design and implement effective strategies to acquire and grow VIP players Lead VIP campaigns and oversee all core VIP offering initiatives Monitor VIP performance and drive retention efforts Conceptualise and deliver exclusive events, experiences, and top-tier engagement activities Advise on VIP segmentation, program structure, and ongoing refinement Conduct monthly 1-to-1s and ensure best practices across the team Act as the main escalation point for any VIP-related issues Prepare and deliver detailed reports on SLAs, KPIs, performance, and forecasts to senior management Develop processes, guidelines, and operational frameworks for the VIP department Set, manage, and optimise VIP budgets and spending
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior VIP role within the online gaming industry Proven ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing teams Strong understanding and hands-on experience with crypto / Web3 environments Demonstrated success in creating and implementing VIP strategies and initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a player-first mindset
