Our Growth Marketing Team is Two Circles’ full-service media agency, sitting at the heart of how we help clients connect with fans. Combining data-driven insight, creative storytelling, and media execution across all channels — from digital and social to TV, audio, and OOH — the team delivers integrated campaigns that grow fan engagement and commercial performance. From global media strategy to hands-on campaign delivery, we connect brands and rights holders with fans in ways that drive measurable business growth. ROLE SUMMARY Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a Paid Media Lead to lead flagship paid media accounts, and play a key role in the planning, delivery, and optimisation of full-funnel campaigns. This is a senior role suited to an experienced paid media specialist - someone who combines hands-on channel expertise (particularly in Paid Social) with strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for developing people and process. You’ll work alongside other senior leads across the team to shape how we build and deliver an integrated, data-driven media proposition that connects sports organisations with fans and drives measurable growth.
6+ years’ experience in paid media, with deep hands-on expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
