Overview of the Role The Growth & Content Lead will manage VBP’s lead generation engine using HubSpot, driving high-quality leads through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven strategies. This role includes overseeing the creative team to ensure alignment with lead generation, brand storytelling, and business strategy, while also supporting recruitment and adhering to brand standards.
Collaborate with Events & Recruitment Lead to integrate workflows and campaigns across recruitment and activations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related discipline). 5+ years’ digital marketing experience with proven success in lead generation, scoring and optimisation. Commercial mindset: you understand growth metrics, ROI, funnel metrics, are comfortable with numbers and comfortable driving results. Strong experience with marketing automation / CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) and measurement/reporting of campaigns. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – able to articulate strategy, present insights, and work with stakeholders globally. Hands-on campaign management across LinkedIn, Meta, SEM and retargeting. Experience managing budgets, optimising spend and delivering performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with autonomy, able to drive, prioritise and deliver results.
