What is your new project? Our team is responsible for executing the overall marketing strategy and strengthening the employer brand strategy across the company. We’re open, honest, supportive, and genuinely care about each other. Lots of teamwork and a shared mission to make things better. What makes this project exciting? null What makes you a great fit Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or similar design tools) Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work. Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns — especially in-app, digital/web & social media. Leverage AI and creative automation tools (e.g., Midjourney, or Gemini) to accelerate design and content production. Excellent visual and written communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that convert, when needed. High level of self-organization and time management. English B1 level.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of the basics of performance marketing and direct response design frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats.
• Your day-to-day in this position
• Design and adapt web banners, promotional visuals, and advertising assets (website, social media, newsletters)
• Localize creatives for different markets, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of creatives.
