Graphic Designer (Animation & Video Focus) - Mid-Level | Octopus by RTG

Octopus by RTG, on behalf of Menthum, is hiring a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong background in animation and visual storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where you’ll help build and elevate Menthum’s visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will play a key role in developing engaging content that reflects Menthum’s innovative brand and mission. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, flyers, digital ads, and social media creatives. Create and edit compelling animation videos to be used across digital marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts. Continuously evolve and refine Menthum’s brand identity in line with current trends and strategic direction. Take ownership of visual projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines. Maintain and regularly update internal brand assets and style guides. Experience & Technical Skills 2 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design and animation. Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and graphic design projects. Proficient in animation tools and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Experience working within brand guidelines and creating visual assets for digital and print media. Behavioral Competencies Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
