    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Graphic Design and Communications Intern in the United States. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global internal communications team, creating high-quality visual content that informs, engages, and inspires employees. You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to translate communication strategies into creative visuals across multiple channels, including newsletters, infographics, presentations, web content, and social media. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to internal communications, branding, and multi-channel design campaigns while enhancing your technical and creative skills. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects that impact organizational culture, employee engagement, and corporate messaging.

    Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop compelling visual communications aligned with brand standards.
    • Produce and deliver multi-channel creative assets, including fact sheets, infographics, presentations, web content, and digital signage.
    • Manage project timelines, revisions, approvals, and publishing of design materials efficiently.
    • Assist in improving the reach and effectiveness of internal communications campaigns.
    • Support additional initiatives, including event management, content creation, survey administration, and reporting campaign metrics.
    • Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality design standards across all deliverables.
    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field, returning to school in Fall 2026.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
    • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

    Familiarity with multi-channel communications and producing content optimized for various platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with video production, motion graphics, UX design, website administration, or content management systems (CMS).
    • Exposure to international companies or technology, science, and engineering environments.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, and Forms.
    • Hourly wage: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (depending on location and experience).
