Document client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Stay informed on travel industry trends and destination highlights to enhance client recommendations. Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English highly desirable. Experience in travel consultation, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage. A genuine passion for travel and diverse knowledge of global destinations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Able to handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions effectively. Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office software applications. Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
