Geospatial Reasoning Specialist – AI Trainer

You’ll work closely with our AI systems to evaluate and refine their geospatial reasoning—testing model performance, identifying logical and analytical gaps, and designing evaluation frameworks that strengthen model reliability and predictive accuracy. On a typical day, you’ll review geospatial datasets and scenarios, assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and situational awareness, provide expert feedback on model reasoning, and help define benchmarks for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring expertise in geospatial analysis, GIS frameworks, or domain-specific geospatial applications, whether gained through industry experience or academic research. Experience with geospatial libraries and analytical tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, or similar frameworks) is a plus.
