About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to join us initially as an independent contractor with a view to full-time permanent employment. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads, with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on your experience and client needs. You’ll typically work across 15-20 smaller client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. Our core focus is on Google Ads, though we also manage campaigns on Meta. You’ll receive comprehensive training in our proven campaign strategies, with account assignments tailored to your experience and client requirements. Reporting to the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on each account, you’ll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis. As you grow in the role, you’ll gain opportunities to support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy. What You’ll Do Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads, and other paid media platforms Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients Share proactive insights and best practices suggestions to the wider team Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads) Essential Skills & Experience Fluent in English (written and spoken) Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads) Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets (training will be provided) Strong attention to detail High level of project management experience Clear communicator and dependable team player Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes Preferred (But Not Required) At least 1 year of agency-side experience Google Looker Studio experience Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms Confidence in communicating with internal clients and presenting insights Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console Enhanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts) Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines Flexible Hours – Own your time, work when you’re most productive but will require at least 3 hours UK time overlap Global Client Exposure – Work with top international brands and agencies Professional Growth – Collaborate with other sharp minds across digital strategy, content, and analytics Potential for Long-Term Hire – If it’s a great fit, we’re open to growing with you
