Effectively manage customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain records of client interactions in our CRM system for seamless communication and follow-ups. Stay informed about industry trends and destination highlights to offer the best recommendations to clients. Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable. Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous. A passion for travel and comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on providing excellent customer service. Ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
