As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in French, helping them with their booking inquiries, modifications, and any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and live chat in French. Provide customers with information about accommodation options, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in navigating the Booking.com platform and resolving any technical issues. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs. Keep up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and travel industry trends to deliver accurate information. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
