Provide exceptional customer support via emails and calls Manage partner requests according to assigned tasks Handle account services, data updates, identification issues, and account closures Maintain clear and structured case documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution Meet team KPIs Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology Securely work with customers’ sensitive information Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written) Experience in customer support Background in banking or financial services Analytical and research skills Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information Positive and responsible attitude Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
