As a Finance Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable function, a part of the team overseeing accurate and timely processing for over 200 carriers and vendors. You will be responsible for accurately processing and recording all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Most importantly, you will contribute to the scalability of the function as we grow. This role demands attention to detail, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to contribute to the smooth financial operations of the company.
1 year demonstrated accounts payable experience, including ownership of end-to-end AP processes. Tertiary or post-secondary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. (preferred, not essential)
