As our Finance Administrator, you’ll manage invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial processes, ensuring records are precise, timely and well-organised. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth financial operations. Competitive remuneration package, salary from £25,000 - £28,000 with performance-related bonuses and clear progression opportunities 25 days’ holiday + public holidays, with long-service rewards and the option to buy up to 5 additional days Free breakfast and freshly cooked lunches every day, courtesy of Chef Mark and his team Private healthcare through Aviva, keeping you feeling your best Life assurance for peace of mind Salary sacrifice schemes - including EV car and Cycle to Work options for easy, sustainable travel Paid team socials - from quiz nights and football to board games and more; we love to have fun together Pension plan with employer-matched contributions to help you plan for the future A culture that empowers - we enable change, encourage challenge, and celebrate personal growth What you’ll be doing Invoice & Payment Processing Input and process purchase invoices accurately and on time Support the preparation of sales invoices and end-of-month statements Process expenses and company credit card transactions Reconciliations & Queries Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Address customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally Follow up on outstanding debt and late payment issues Administration & Support Support colleagues with ad-hoc finance tasks and smooth operations Maintain accurate records and document management Contribute to process improvements where appropriate What we’re looking for Experience: Some previous experience in a finance role, such as sales/purchase ledger and processing high volumes of invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions Systems: Experience with modern finance software (preferably Infor Cloudsuite Industrial) Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks Attitude: Positive, proactive and adaptable with a strong work ethic Communication: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Integrity: Ethical, reliable, and committed to supporting business growth Qualifications: Applicants must be on the AAT pathway qualification, enrolled onto level 1 as a minimum.
