We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Professional to provide expert-level installation, maintenance, and service of advanced technology solutions in residential and commercial settings. This role combines technical skills, problem-solving, and sales aptitude, allowing you to maximize service efficiency while identifying additional revenue opportunities. You will work independently in the field, leveraging company-provided tools, vehicles, and technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences.     Accountabilities:

    • Install, service, and maintain advanced technology solutions in homes and businesses.
    • Conduct safety analyses at each location to ensure safe working conditions for both technicians and customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, acting with integrity while identifying additional sales opportunities.
    • Accurately document service activities, maintain records, and report on appointments.
    • Manage time and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and service quality.
    • Use company-provided tools, vehicles, and technology to perform daily assignments.
    • Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational education preferred.
    • Previous experience in field service, installation, or technical roles such as cable, internet, solar, or construction technician.
    • Customer service or sales experience, including retail, B2C, or call center environments.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in confined spaces. Strong problem-solving, technical aptitude, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to adhere to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace, including random testing as applicable.
