About the role We’re launching a new team that sits at the intersection of operations, communication, and payments, and we’re looking for an intern who’s excited to learn how a global business truly works behind the scenes. As the Expert Operations & Experience Intern, you will be the critical link between our global expert network and our core business functions (Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Service) helping us build a new standard for how we collaborate with our expert community. If you’re a hyper-communicative problem-solver who wants to master complex business systems, this role is your career launchpad. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position. What you will do Be part of the team responsible for elevating the expert experience. Handle sensitive, high-level communications, turning complaints or complex financial questions into opportunities to build trust and long-term loyalty. Work daily with Finance to secure payments, Marketing to align on expert-facing messaging, and Client Service to ensure consistent experiences across projects. Help create communication templates, workflows, FAQs, and playbooks that will shape how we collaborate with experts. Contribute ideas, improvements, and new ways of working as we strive for operational excellence. A communication pro: Your written English is clear, friendly, and persuasive. You can turn complicated information into simple, human explanations. Analytical & tech-curious: You love understanding systems and aren’t intimidated by complex software or new tools. A go-getter: You’re proactive, take ownership from start to finish, and ask “why?” to get to the root of issues. AI-minded & optimization-driven: You’re excited about using tools (including AI) to spot and implement improvements in operational workflows.
