About the role Timely and SalonBiz serve over 28,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading bookings and payments system for hair and beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the hair and beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them. This is where you come in! 👋 We're looking for a commercially minded Global Sales Performance Lead to identify and size growth opportunities, develop evidence-based recommendations, and partner across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Data & Insights and regional teams to translate strategy into scalable execution. You’ll streamline GTM processes, reduce friction, unlock new revenue channels, and own an accurate first-pass revenue forecast, while defining operating models, supporting implementation, ensuring adoption, and tracking impact. This role requires strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, and the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable strategies that drive predictable growth. What you’ll bring. 5+ years’ experience in growth, sales operations, or revenue operations within a SaaS or technology environment. Proven track record driving revenue growth and optimising acquisition funnels, with a strong focus on ROI and reducing CAC. Deep knowledge of sales effectiveness tools, with Salesforce as the central system of record (e.g., Gong, Chili Piper). Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Data teams. Strong analytical literacy. Can interpret data, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into recommendations that influence senior leaders. Skilled at leveraging an embedded Senior Insight Analyst to shape hypotheses, guide analysis and drive commercial action. Demonstrated change management expertise, delivering strategic GTM initiatives and operational efficiency. Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
