Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote We are looking for a skilled Flooring Estimator to prepare accurate job estimates, analyze project costs, and coordinate with subcontractors. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PlanSwift and have a strong understanding of flooring materials, measurements, and installation requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare flooring estimates using PlanSwift. Calculate job costs including labor, materials, and additional project expenses. Review blueprints, take-offs, and project specifications. Communicate with subcontractors to gather quotes, confirm scopes of work, and clarify project details. Track pricing, materials, and subcontractor updates. Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time. Assist with revisions, change orders, and updated bid documents. Proficiency in PlanSwift (required). Experience estimating flooring projects. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with subcontractors. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple estimates at once. Preferred Skills Previous experience in construction estimating. Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry rates. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
