About the role We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to join our Risk Team at Pleo. In this role, you'll be in the Second Line of Defence, supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organisation's risk management framework. You'll assist in monitoring and assessing risks across the business, supporting risk reporting, and ensuring effective challenge to the First Line on risk-related matters. What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure up to date risk assessments and reporting, as well as collaborating on required updates to the Pleo’s credit risk-related policies. This will mean working with different stakeholders with different backgrounds, and being able to communicate and influence towards successful risk management
What you bring
You’ll report to our Senior Risk Management Officer and work closely with teams in the second line of defence, including Compliance, Financial Crime and Internal Controls. You’ll also have the chance to partner with teams across all of Pleo!
