The Role You will support day-to-day online store operations and campaign execution across e-commerce and brand platforms. This role ensures product, promotion, and creative updates are accurately implemented, while maintaining smooth coordination between internal teams, creative, and enablers.
Product Launch & Inventory Management Register and update products on each e-commerce system Maintain SKU database (SKU IDs, product links, registration templates) Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across all platforms Track and record changes in product listings, pricing, and promotions Manage product launches and inventory levels, and flag potential stock issues Assist the Senior Executive with periodic inventory audits Promotion & Campaign Management Support the setup and update of promotional mechanics, including sale prices, vouchers, cart rules, GWPs, and store decorations Assist in submitting campaigns and exposure requests Ensure all campaign details are accurately reflected in-store and go live on schedule Brief creative team on asset requirements for campaigns Update visual assets in line with campaign timeline, and monitor across all channels to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist Executives in managing campaigns and partnerships, including communication with internal and external stakeholders Order & Customer Monitoring Monitor order fulfillment and flag any delays or issues Track and report on returns, cancellations, and customer complaints Coordinate with enablers or customer service teams to resolve operational issues
Achieve 100% of e-commerce platforms net revenue target Meet the ROI goals for marketing spend Drive YoY growth in traffic and CR At least 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms is required
Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude. Gritty and able to work under pressure; comfortable to navigate through uncertainty. Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
