Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements. Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings. Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high satisfaction levels. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Document client feedback and experiences to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related technology role is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify client needs and develop suitable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships. Knowledge of technology solutions is desirable, along with a willingness to learn new systems and methodologies. A high level of organization and self-motivation, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to providing exceptional service and supporting client success.
