Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their unique business challenges and gather detailed requirements. Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and showcase the value of our services. Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer informed recommendations to clients. Document experiences and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding client needs and developing effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. An understanding of technology solutions is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn new tools. Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
