Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to imaging solutions. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or imaging solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care. Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand new products quickly. Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is advantageous. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
