Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, effectively managing inquiries and providing tailored assistance. Utilize various communication platforms (phone, email, chat) to engage with customers, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Keep accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to support follow-ups and service enhancements. Conduct regular check-ins to gauge client satisfaction and address potential challenges proactively. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings based on client feedback. Stay updated with product changes and market trends to provide clients with informed and accurate information. Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is also necessary.
