Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Sofia! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Manage customer interactions, documenting inquiries and resolutions efficiently in our CRM system. Identify customer needs and work towards delivering tailored solutions, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Collect feedback from customers to inform and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and develop best practices for enhancing customer support. Stay well-informed about our products, services, and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools would be beneficial. Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
