In this position, you will evaluate and manage user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with established community guidelines. Accurately classify and evaluate content based on specified moderation policies. Identify and report any inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the efficiency of moderation processes. Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
