As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, creating a positive experience for our Dutch-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Accurately classify content based on established policies and provide moderation decisions. Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams. Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help improve moderation strategies. Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance content moderation processes. Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community interaction. Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
