Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately. Collaborate with various teams to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly. Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends. Contribute to team meetings and share insights for service improvement. Guide customers through troubleshooting processes when necessary. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer care. Proficiency with customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
