Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to set the strategy and oversee the execution of full-funnel demand generation programs. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a unique combination of creative and analytical chops. You will stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends, gathering new ideas from industry leaders and competitors, and continuously optimizing demand gen campaigns to ensure Beyond is efficiently and reliably generating high-quality pipeline and revenue. Leading the team to execute on developing and optimizing compelling, high-impact campaigns programs across digital channels (social, website, email, search, webinars, etc.) and in-person channels (sponsored events, field marketing, etc.)
Recommending the appropriate account targets, messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline / opportunities for all global sales teams
Collaborating with key stakeholders in cross functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit – including leadership in Sales, Operations, and Customer Success – and actively share business and marketing strategy with those stakeholders
8+ years of experience with an emphasis on B2B demand generation (preferably in the technology industry) with at least 5 years in a leadership role
