    Job Description

    As our Digital Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Digital Manager by ensuring seamless execution across our website, marketplace operations, product fulfilment, and digital initiatives.

    This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organised, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    THE ROLE:

    • Manage the product upload process across all digital channels with speed and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with marketplace partners (Myer, David Jones, The Iconic) to maintain clear and consistent communication.
    • Analyse and report on weekly trade data, using insights to inform sales and merchandising strategies.
    • Monitor top-selling products and ensure stock levels and allocations are optimised across all platforms.
    • Execute promotions, update collections, and maintain product information across marketplaces and our own website.
    • Ensure all content, including product descriptions and imagery, is accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimised.
    • Support the planning and deployment of EDM campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for scheduling and testing.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate website or marketplace issues with relevant teams and contacts.
    • Enhance cross-selling opportunities by effectively populating new styles and categories.
    • Stay on top of search data to improve site search results and customer experience.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    1–3 years’ experience in a role supporting digital operations within an e-commerce or retail environment.

    • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or equivalent experience in a similar digital operations role.
    • Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and organisational skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, retail trading cycles, and digital best practices.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
    • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
    • Experience or interest in process design and knowledge management.
    • A results-driven attitude and a genuine interest in contributing to digital growth and retail success.
