This role is ideal for a versatile DevOps professional who thrives at the intersection of development and operations. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and scaling the infrastructure that supports critical applications, while improving deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines. The position involves close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of services. You will also participate in on-call rotations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives. The role encourages innovative thinking, including the responsible adoption of AI tools to improve workflows. This position offers a dynamic, fully remote environment where your expertise directly impacts business efficiency and growth.

    Accountabilities:

    • Participate in on-call rotations to address and resolve incidents and operational issues.
    • Enhance and optimize deployment strategies to ensure efficient workflows and system reliability.
    • Maintain, monitor, and perform system upkeep for cloud and server infrastructure.
    • Configure monitoring and alerting systems to ensure uptime and reliability of critical applications.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and system automation.
    • Support infrastructure migrations, including moving applications from Windows to Linux environments.
    • Strong understanding of system architecture, DevOps best practices, and operational excellence.
    • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
    • Experience administering Linux and/or Windows server environments.
    • Skilled in scripting languages including Bash, PowerShell, and Python.

    Ability to explore, evaluate, and responsibly integrate AI tools to improve processes. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
