Data Solution Specialist (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the implementation and delivery of high-impact data projects across multiple organizational divisions. You will manage milestones, track tasks, and ensure operational excellence by collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams. The position involves documenting and analyzing client data, performing quality checks, and preparing operational and analytical deliverables. You will influence process improvements, support technical data integrations, and provide insights that drive informed business decisions. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic project management, offering growth opportunities and exposure to complex enterprise data environments.

Accountabilities:

• Manage special initiative projects including product configuration, milestone tracking, application testing, and documentation upkeep.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time with appropriate approvals.
• Become a subject matter expert on client data file layouts and enterprise-level projects.
• Host discussions to manage data intake and confirm client data requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate project status and operational updates.
• Perform data quality checks and write specifications to load source data into data warehouse tables.
• Analyze client interface requirements, identify gaps, and resolve data issues.
• Produce scheduled reports, provide insights, and make recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and adopt new technologies.
• Support occasional off-hours work and travel as required for team collaboration.

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a data-focused role with client interfaces. Proficiency in relational databases and SQL; strong technical skills across multiple platforms. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management software; intermediate Smartsheet knowledge required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently or in a team. Critical thinking, attention to detail, quantitative aptitude, and ability to interpret data visualizations. Ethical and integrity-driven, with a focus on accurate data handling. Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
