The Opportunity Join one of the UK Government’s largest digital transformation programmes, centralising Local Authority Land Charge data into a single Land Registry system. You’ll lead data discovery with Local Authorities, identifying and documenting all data sources (digital and non-digital) and mapping their use within Land Charge processes. This work will be carried out in person, requiring national travel and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, combined with strong analytical capability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and document data sources and processes.
    • Create detailed process flows and reports.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and guide through uncertainty.
    • Support wider transformation activities as needed.

    About You

    • You’ll be a confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build strong, trusted relationships from day one.

    You will also have/be:
