Location: Europe Job Type: Full-time, Remote

The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients, including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking for internal stakeholders, primarily Dealing and CSD departments.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and proper documentation across all supported sources.
• Purpose of the request.
• Deliver new projects/reporting streams that require development and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data modeling and data transformation, preferably using DBT or similar tools.
• Proven expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data quality best practices.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (Advanced level).

Preferably:

• Experience working with financial and CRM data.
• Educational background in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
