
The Data Analyst reports to the management team of NYFD HQ and is responsible for ensuring critical projects are expertly organized, scheduled, analyzed, communicated and managed to help the organization achieve their business objectives.
Aptitude for data analysis Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets with ability to create pivot tables, graphs and charts Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow Possess our core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication and teamwork Are comfortable speaking English Understand what it takes to deliver a great customer experience Can keep high activity and motivate yourself Have a positive and a can-do attitude Have excellent communication skills
Generate and download pre-populated reports from practice management software Distribution of daily task lists for all multiple service lines Generate marketing campaign lists and maintain database Perform data cleanups and document processes Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Assist with special projects as needed
