In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Tasks Analyze performance metrics to uncover patterns and key insights; Predict trends and future outcomes using data-driven strategies; Identify root causes of business challenges through structured analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights; Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing, sales, and operations; Continuously monitor analytics systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting; Streamline data workflows for improved efficiency and clarity; Ensure adherence to data governance standards and security protocols; Contribute to strategic decision-making that drives growth and operational efficiency. Requirements 2+ years in a data-driven or analytical role (Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar); Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.); Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus; Experience with marketing, sales funnel analysis, or in-app engagement analytics; Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and data workflow optimization; Strong communication skills for presenting insights and working cross-functionally.
Experience in affiliate marketing, adtech, or SaaS environments; Familiarity with traffic quality analysis and fraud detection;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Good time management and discipline is a must. You need to meet your deadlines on-time;
