Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their specific business challenges and requirements. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction. Provide ongoing client support and training to maximize the effective use of our solutions. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements relevant to client needs. Document processes and feedback for continuous improvement of service offerings. Proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English language skills are a plus. Previous experience in a solutions consulting role, customer service, or relevant industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and craft appropriate solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships. Familiarity with technology solutions is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn.
