As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be tasked with understanding the unique needs of our clients and converting those into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to identify their business challenges and gather requirements through thorough consultation. Craft and propose customized solutions that effectively address client needs while showcasing the value of our services. Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and successfully. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help clients maximize the benefits of our solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements. Document feedback and insights for continuous improvement of services and customer experience. Proficiency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; English language proficiency is advantageous. Experience in a consulting, customer service, or relevant role is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding client needs and developing practical solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients. A strong interest in technology solutions, along with a readiness to learn new tools and methodologies. Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
