    Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist (Second Shift) in United States. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team supporting small businesses and creators. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple channels—including live chat, email, phone, and social media—to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product education that helps customers grow their businesses. Working the second shift (1PM–10PM ET) with some weekends, you will collaborate on special projects, contribute to process improvements, and act as an advocate for customers’ needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, passionate about helping others succeed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in customer solutions and marketing technology.

    Accountabilities:

    • Provide multi-channel customer support, including live chat, email, phone, and social media, to troubleshoot issues and educate customers.
    • Partner with customers to optimize their use of product features and guide them on marketing best practices.
    • Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance the customer experience and implement process improvements.
    • Proactively advocate for product enhancements and contribute feedback to support continuous improvement.
    • Participate in special projects to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers succeed.
    • Ability to work variable schedules, including second shift hours (1PM–10PM ET) and some weekends.
    • Experience using marketing technologies such as email platforms, social media tools, or landing page builders is a plus.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements to processes or product features.

Comfortable working in a remote team environment and collaborating via tools like Slack, Google Meet, and project management platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 100% remote work with flexible scheduling. Company-paid PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance (including spousal/domestic partner coverage). 4–7 weeks of paid time off and holidays (based on tenure). 4-week paid sabbatical (based on tenure). 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company match and profit-sharing opportunities. Home office equipment and internet stipend. Tuition reimbursement, professional development funds, and conference opportunities. Gym membership reimbursement and wellness programs. Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance; additional supplemental benefits available.
