Remote Customer Service Associate we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This is an entry-level role that includes comprehensive on-the-job training. A minimum 9-month commitment is required. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Fluent in English Dependable, eager to learn, and open to feedback Must maintain perfect attendance during the initial training period (approximately 2 weeks) Technical Setup

Laptop Requirements:

Windows: 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 (4 cores) or higher, 2.0GHz+ Mac: 8GB RAM, macOS Catalina or Big Sur (M1 chip supported), 2.0GHz+

Audio Equipment:

Wired USB headset with a built-in microphone (wireless or Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)

Internet Connection:
