    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Enablement & Development Specialist in India. As a Customer Enablement & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise marketing teams adopt modern workflow and automation tools effectively. You will lead onboarding programs, deliver training sessions, and create scalable enablement resources that simplify complex technical workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, marketing, and content teams to drive measurable business outcomes through automation, CRM workflows, and optimized content strategies. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, problem-solving, and building repeatable processes that empower customers to succeed.

    Accountabilities:

    • Deliver training sessions, onboarding programs, and cohort-based workshops for enterprise clients.
    • Manage customer onboarding from initial login to full adoption of the platform.
    • Translate technical workflows into clear, actionable steps for marketing and content teams.
    • Build and maintain enablement playbooks to ensure scalable customer success.
    • Support inbound marketing operations, including CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting using HubSpot or similar platforms.
    • Partner with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement projects.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client enablement strategies and processes.

    2+ years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, or product enablement, preferably within SaaS or agency environments.

    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
    • Proven experience in client-facing training, onboarding, or workshops.

    Strong foundation in SEO and content creation. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply them in workflows and training contexts. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A teacher/educator mindset with a passion for enabling others and building scalable processes. Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on experience and impact. Fully remote work with flexible working arrangements.
