Creative Producer (Project Manager)

Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production. Role Summary Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the QSR industry. As a Project Manager you will be the go-to person for all incoming briefs, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative work streams from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a meticulous work attitude and a collaborative spirit.

Role:

• Drive all assigned projects through the entire lifecycle, including scoping resources for varied project types such as social, digital, print, and video production.
• Own the end-to-end process from the initial brief to the filing of final delivery assets.
• Clarify project requirements, internalise briefs, and collaborate with clients to improve and refine them as needed.
• Work with internal team members and clients during the presentation of ideas, helping to select the most fitting creative concepts.
• Manage team tasks, bandwidth, and resources, and comprehensively track scope to prevent creep.
• Maintain accurate timelines, meeting schedules, and resource capabilities, ensuring all involved stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any shortfalls.
• Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, escalating to management when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to develop the brief or the teams further to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Continually explore and optimise project workflows and processes.
• Demonstrate agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and dynamic environment.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

6+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency or in-house creative team, with a strong familiarity with the creative development and production process.

• A hyper-organised and accountable individual with proven experience handling projects of different types and scales in a dynamic creative space.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and synthesise diverse points of view into a clear action plan.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple regions or markets, including processing complex production inputs and timelines, and distilling information for local teams.
• Possess a high sense of ownership, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, and a curiosity about the team’s impact on the business.
• A proactive work ethic, with an equal ability to think analytically, creatively, and conceptually.
• Proven strength in guiding stakeholders and navigating successfully through ambiguity and change.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
