Content Writer - native Korean

Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content used in workflows, training data, and scenario-based evaluations for large language models (LLMs). You will help build realistic content samples, review AI-generated outputs, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The position requires 30-40h/week commitment and 4 or more hours overlap with PST.The project will last 4-6 weeks with a possibility of extension. Start date is ASAP.

What does day-to-day look like:

• Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios.
• Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation.
• Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide feedback and annotations to support LLM improvement.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs.

2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer.

• Proficiency with any on language along with English: German, Chinese, Korean
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira).
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred:

Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area. Experience writing professionally (business analysts, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.) Understanding of Excel and Google Suite. Proficiency in Data interpretation, Logical reasoning and Basic arithmetic is highly desirable.
