About the role We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to strengthen our commercial team and support the growth, activation, and performance of our merchant partnerships. This is a junior-to-mid commercial role ideal for someone who likes working with merchants, understands eCommerce dynamics, and wants to grow in fintech. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success to ensure every merchant gets the most out of Snappi Pay Later. What you'll be doing Ensure new merchants are fully activated commercially (site banners, hero images, pop-ups, SM posts, newsletters, platforms). Support merchants with day-to-day requests and coordinate internally to resolve issues (non-technical). Track BNPL metrics (initiations, approval rates, conversion, usage trends). Build weekly performance insights for internal stakeholders and help identify improvement opportunities. Support cashback, promotional, and co-marketing campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal promos). Ensure correct placement and communication across merchant channels. Monitor campaign impact and share results with Sales & Marketing. Collaborate with Sales on merchant reviews and growth plans. Work with Marketing to ensure correct use of assets and messaging. Align with Client Success on integration or merchant onboarding follow-ups. 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, eCommerce, or Payments. Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and basic analysis (Excel/Sheets). Understanding of eCommerce checkouts, customer experience, or merchant operations is a plus. Excellent communication, structured thinking, and problem-solving mentality. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and interest in fintech and BNPL. Why Join Snappi?
